Access re-claim

My insurance said that they approached the third party to reclaim my access that I have payed as a 60 60 motorbike drove into my left hand rear door, left side mirror and front left fender, which turned out they were not telling the truth. The legal department of Outsurance confirmed it in an email to myself that they were not approached by my insurance. They have been keeping me on the side since last year by saying they have tried but to now avail to get give the access money back which I have borrowed to fix my car. All the photos as evidence I have given to them.
