ACCESS AND PREMIUMS GOING UP AFTER A YEAR WITHOUT CLAIMS
I HAVE BEEN WITH BUDGET INSURANCE FOR A YEAR NOW, I CALLED IN JANUARY 2018 FOR A POLICY REVIEW AND WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO WAIT FOR MAY FOR MY POLICY TO BE REDUCED AS PER BUDGET TERMS, MY PREMIUM WAS 1070, WITH 14% VAT AND WENT TO R1080 WITH 15%VAT, I OW GET A LETTER TELLING ME MY PREMIUM HAS GONE UPTO R1212.75 WITH AN ACCESS OF 4700 FROM 4200,
I HAVE NEVER CLAIMED FROM BUDGET YET MY ACCESS IS GOING UP AND PREMIUM ,I FEEL ****** MY BUDGET AND I NEED THIS TO BE ATTENDED TO URGENTLY,
