Absolutely useless Insurance company - Non-existent customer service!!!

I have been trying for 2 days to cancel my car insurance policy. Constantly shuffled from one department to the next or sitting on hold for over 10 mins and the calls just get cut and I have to start the irritating process all over again. Its absolutely infuriating to have to deal with such an *********** company!

I have been trying to cancel my policy before the next payment but at this point it looks like I'm going to get charged for insurance I no longer want or need!

I will never recommend this useless company to anyone ever again! Nothing but empty promises and absolutely disgusting non existent customer service. I will go on every platform available to me to let people know not to do business with Budget Incompetence. If I could give zero stars that would be more inline with the service I have received.
