Absolutely Shocking Service – Empty Promises and No Assistance

I am beyond frustrated with the complete lack of service from this insurer.

My car was damaged on 31 January 2026 and reported the very same day. I was instructed to take it to a dealership, which I did immediately. Months later, my vehicle is still not repaired.

I have been following up continuously, and I have specifically been dealing with a consultant by the name of Claudia, who keeps making empty promises with no action. Each time I follow up, I am given assurances that the matter will be attended to, yet nothing ever happens.

I was also instructed to obtain a diagnostic report from Volkswagen, which I did. However, I was then told that the report is not what is required, without any clear explanation or guidance on what is actually needed. This has caused further unnecessary delays.

In the meantime, I am still paying my insurance premiums for a car I cannot use, while also incurring additional costs for public transport. This is completely unacceptable.

There is no accountability, no urgency, and no proper communication. Even now, there is still no real assistance or resolution.
