Absolutely blown away by impressive service

We recently had a break-in and theft at our residence. Needless to say it was very traumatic for my family especially for my wife and kids. Two days later my wife had death in her family and I couldn't deal effectively with the claim. Nonetheless, Budget Insurance was absolutely and surprisingly amazing throughout the process, literally from beginning to end. The staff - and I must make specific mention to Joelene Naidoo - was terrific. Reasonably quick communication was impressive. I was treated with complete dignity, empathy and respect.

Regardless if the responses were positive or negative I will definitely continue partnering with budget insurance. This is encouraging at a time when as a community and economy we're faced with many challenges.
