Three weeks ago I travelled to KZN from joburg , It happened that my car got stuck in the mud in harrismith. I then called my insurer which is “budget” for assistance they couldn’t but I’m covered for that. I was stuck and stranded with 2 kids in the middle of nowhere for about 5 hours in and out of calls with budget insurance consultants to no assistance.I had to hire a tow truck and pay from my own pocket while I was covered. It’s sad that when you sell us the product everything is smooth but when it’s time to provide the service it’s something else. I’m really disappointed at your service.
