I sent an sms after i saw a tv ad yesterday requesting a call back for an insurance quote. This lovely gentleman called me back and i was occupied at the time . i asked him to call me back later , he did just that .

We were on the line well after 8pm as i didn't have all the information at hand . He was calm and didnt mind waiting for me to gather all information. i wasn't 100% convinced and wanted to get a second quote from Outsurance . Yhoooo , why did i even waste my time ?

He called me back this morning as i was about to call him and finalise. He explained everything to me , and i realised then that no matter how much the cover could've come to , the fact that i know exactly what i'm paying for, and the LEVEL OF SERVICE i had received i would take it .

Shannon deserves a RAISE , he is a true asset to your company and one can tell the passion and smile over the phone.
