A CLIENT WHO WAS FURIOUS AND SAD TO A BEGINNIING JOYFUL

I fought Budget over a recent claim I filed with them in which they wanted me to pay an additional price of the normal excess fee since my wife was in an accident while driving my car. I am relieved that Budget reviewed our records with them when I initially joined them and determined that there was no clear indication that I was advised that if anybody drove my car with a valid South African driver's license with a license less than two years, I would be charged an additional excess basic fee. As I write this, my car is at renew-it greenstone panel beater, So far, so good. And a special thanks to the Budget employee who handled my claim "Azeezah Vallie", I appreciate you, you did your part.
