On 2022-11-09 at about 18:30, my sister was going to work, travelling on the N14 towards Pretoria and suddenly her vehicle came to a total halt and later discovered that the fan belt broke.

Then called budget insurance company to come tow the vehicle and indeed a tow truck arrived, the driver was Mr. Martin. Mr. Martin started towing the vehicle on to a flatbed truck and while he was busy with the towing he said she must be inside the car even when the car was already on top of the flatbed truck and as she was trying to make her way off the truck she tripped and fell, her left leg was stuck under the truck and landed awkwardly on the tar and broke her left leg. could not move her leg because of the unbearable pain. Was then transported to Pinehaven hospital by Netcare. The doctor confirmed that left leg is broken and two bones are broken and they will have to put *****s on the broken bones.

Now the question is who is responsible for the medical and other expenses incurred during this traumatic and unnecessary situation.

I've send an email to them on the 10 November 2022 but even today no feedback from them please assist
