Poor service. I had a tire and rim cover with this company and logged a claim for my front tires and rims on 14.September. 2021, they debiting me every month and ontop of that i keep forking out money out of pocket to get me tires and fix my rims, i sent them information they required, i sent them an invoice stating where i fixed my rims, these guys wake up to go to work every day to help people the claims department has people specifically there to update clients and call clients to give update but ironically through out the whole process for my claim i have been the one stopping my work and giving them a ring about my claim 😠😠, on the 17th of September 2021i called and asked to speak to the person by the name of Seenclear Makulela because they the ones who registered my claim but was told they were on leave😠😠😠, had to go through the trauma of explaining to the new person about my claim🙄 who really didnt care, they will keeping swaping and changing people to deal with your claim and try by all means not to pay anything, i was claiming for my two front rims and two front tires, everyone i speak to is asking me about a silly invoice which i provided for my rims, budget know very well the logistics behind authenticating an invoice and dates and whatever, if they really were willing to pay they will actually call the company that fixed my rims to verify every ****y detail, nobody say anything about my tires, what a bunch of losers😠😠😠😠
