90% TO 0% CUSTOMER SERVICE
These guys are very upsetting, they offered me VAS and also added that Fine Protection is a service that can reduce my fines up to 90%........ER...........I CALLED THEM 3 TIMES ALREADY IN THE LAST MONTH AND UNTIL NOW, NO ONE GAVE ME 90% OF ANYTHING, THEY JUST GAVE ME 0% OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
