Horrible Service I would like to warn people about budget insurance, when I needed them the most, after I experienced a break-in in my home, I've been told stories and exclusions of everything. Basically I would have been better off without having them as my insurer. I would have saved my premiums for such rainy days. They refused paying for ****** items and started personalizing each and every item as not covered. I have never been so hurt in my life. What is the use of having an insurance and when you need it the most, you're given excuses and stories. The reason one takes insurance is to get support and comfort during your difficult time not stories. I regret choosing them as my insurer. Sad and disappointed client. Nonhlanhla Msimango
