6 months waiting for an access claim :(

I was involved in an accident in July 2025 when a Discovery Client hit me from behind. I went ahead and paid an access on almost 13k to Budget Insurance bacause according to them, there was a penalty bacuase my cover was only a few months old.

I have been waiting for 6 months now for them to claim that money back from Discovery and pay it back to me. 6 months is unnacceptable regardless of what is hapenning in the background.

This case ***1 has been moved acorss atleast 4 peoople without resolution. This is really uncalled for.
