3rd partyclaim that is being delayed on purpose

ur client banged into me ...u are sorting her car out and from the word go i am an after thought but yet im the person that was minding my own business wen ur client banged into me.. now u want to come with lies about u phd me on 20 march 2024 and i never picked up meanwhile i spoke to lorraine.. you are now changing the incident to your version as if u were there.. wat is this now? and y is it sucha big issue that i dont have insurance.. is that ur business? how is that relevant here? more likely you dont want to pay out for damages ur client caused! now its a tat of 30days.. but by then the perpotrators car will be fixed and im still going to be driving around with this bang on my car and unable to go shopping etc as my boot cannot open but because my car is not a gti its gettn overlooked.. and im still waiting for the documentation you supposed to send me... my word! you dont care about the inconvenience!
