I have a pending claim with this service provider from the 06/06/2021 it's now been a month, I've given them everything they want, they sad my car is a right off, but now they are just trying to find ways for not paying the claim, now I'm the one who has to call then to find out what is happening, the lady who is busy with a claim all she does is to shout at me as if I'm a 2 year old, they sad to me it stakes 7 to 14 days to finish the claim provided they have everything they need, its a lie, they are only good at deducting your money and advertising them self as the good insurer, with budget insurance you can't budget because you don't have a peace of mind, they telling I've been using my car too much as if I bought the car to park it let alone telling me my car was used for taxi as if they once got a lift from it.???? Not a good insurance at all when it comes to a claim.
