30% MONTHLY PREMIUM INCREASE YOU HAVE GOT TO BE JOKING ?!?!?!

When I got my bank statement I found that Budget insurance had increased my monthly premium by a whooping 30%. When I spoke to them they said that they could not reduce the increase, despite me advising them that the email they sent a month previously saying that I should go onto my profile, did not indicate this increase. So I asked to speak to a senior consultant, when he phone me he said that ALL insurance companies put up their annual premiums by 20-30% to which I rep**** that was *******, I then told him as there was no chance of a reduction I had cancelled my policy which I had for the past 10 years. He then started to abuse me saying I was wasting his time as I should have been talking to the normal consultants who would do this. Disgusting attitude by a senior manager. But in the end I have found a new insurer and have saved myself almost R600 per month. Never again will I support BUDGET
