On the 14th July 2021 my car had accident and I called budget insurance then couldn't get hold of them, then I was assisted by Esibayeni towing company and they also tried to contact the insurance and also couldn't get hold of them. The car was towed by Esibayeni from the accident seen. Insurance collected the car without my knowledge they are knocking my car daylight. They've deducting the money the money for the car that I do not know of its existence, as I'm writing this I don't know where my car is and the bank is deducting monthly debits of a car I do not know of existence. I think they took advantage of me because I'm a woman as they were not communicating with me of the where about of my car. They think do not have knowledge of the car. Only yesterday when I called to hear what is going on with my claim then I was told my car was written off 2 weeks ago, so I think budget insurance and their panel beaters are trying to knock me off.
