2 year struggle of Unwanted marketing material
<p>Budget Insurance has continuously harassed me with marketing material and every day for the past almost 2 years they send me material advertising inusurance product, etc. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly irritated and I don't appreciate receiving Budget marketing rubish!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to state that I have never consented to receive your marketing material, I am not your client and I would never want to be your client. I have sent numerous requests to have my personal information permanently removed from you data base, which in all my efforts from sending online requests and speaking to your agent, still you send me your rubish marketing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not interested in receiving it so PLEASE REMOVE MY INFORMATION FROM ALL DATA BASES AND SMS MARKETING AND MAILING LISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I refuse to waste money and airtime to opt out of **** that I did not consent to in the first place, when it would be more efficient for Budget to just remove my information as I have been requesting for almost 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>After this final request, should I still receive marketing material, I will be taking legal action against Budget Insurance for harassment and violating my right to privacy of personal information (POPI Law), which you are clearly breaking.</p>
