I’m really sad to a point where I can’t cope. I had an accident but budget insurance is not taking my matter seriously, I had advised them initially not to tow the car to a Panelbeater since it’s a mechanical problem which was cause by an accident but they wet ahead and towed my car to some Panelbeater who can not even identify the problem with the car.
I have no car as we speak and they are telling me to wait it’s Been a week now waiting for them to get back To me. I was hoping that since it’s a huge well know insurance company everything will run smoothly but the service I’m getting is the complete opposite.
This is totally unacceptable. I even want to take my car and fix it myself because they don’t know anything about customer service.

I want my car to be towed to VW today, or I cancel the claim then you give me my car.
You make me wait for no reason but I don’t owe you any of your monthly premiums.
It’s either you bring back my car to me and pay that Panelbeater or you tow my car to VW and I need that to be done today.

Tow my car from Randfontein Panelbeaters to Westgate VW today. My car is just there nothing or no one is working on it.
I need my car to be towed today not any other day. and you are going to pay that Randfontein Panelbeaters yourself because I had indicated from the beginning that the car is having a mechanic problem from an accident but you went ahead and towed the car to a Panelbeater.
Tow my car today to Roodepoort Westgate VW today or I’m going to take this matter further and it won’t be nice.
