1300 FOR CAR HIRE?
I knocked my car this morning just after 7 in my driveway when leaving for work then i submitted my claim in the normal way only to be told that i need to pay 1300 to get a rental why when im paying you guys monthly also nowhere in the T&C does it say this and i was not told this when taking out the policy, what this means it that 365 days a year i need to have a 1300 which many people do not have so ill be carless for the duration of my car being fixed which is unacceptable.

I was told by the agent who i logged the claim with that you'll need to take it up with the rental company why should i when im paying you guy for a rental?

This needs to be sorted as a matter of urgency as i need my car fixed but i still need to be mobile.

You guys are not being transparent because if i knew this i would have opted out of the car rental then just saved so that when there is an emergency i can just get my own rental, i think i should refer this to the om bud if it doesn't get sorted as you are not abiding by your T&C i want the car i was promised?
