Anyone reading this — 11/10! After a really stressful car accident, Thabo and his colleagues like Nomsa guided me through every step with calm, care, and clear communication. What started as a horrible experience became manageable because of their kindness, professionalism, and personal touch honestly better than any service I’ve had from other industries.
