10 Months of Frustration – Still No Fair Resolution

I have been waiting over 10 months for a resolution from Budget Insurance regarding a claim on my vehicle (claim number ***). Despite repeated communication, the process has dragged on endlessly. What’s worse, they initially offered a payout below AA retail value, which is completely unacceptable given the premiums I’ve been paying.

Their response times are slow, and I’ve received no proper accountability or urgency in handling my case, even after their own department confirmed a response should be given within 15 working days. This experience has left me in a difficult financial position with no clear outcome in sight. Avoid Budget Insurance if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
