I previously logged a complaint about a debit order that was not agreed on that tried to go off my account then bounced and bank charges occurred, randomly my account was debited with an amount of R737 that I have no idea what was for and also them can't explain, for me to dispute bank charges occurred, they've requested my bank statement I've sent that, I'm still waiting for their response even today.
