I received a call from them, offering me a cover then I told the guy I actually wanted to querry my premium increase. He then politely told me that he will transfer me to the department where I will be assisted with that. With no waiting time I was assisted, and my premium was relooked and adjusted. I am very happy with the service i received and the outcome exceeded my expectation.
