Insurance claim

I never been bul**** by a company that I pay as a customer. The torment from Budget is unimaginable. I’ve never missed a payment and yet I have to beg for service. My car was bumped 10/04 by a person without a drivers license and no insurance. I claimed from mine 1. They called the third party asking them if I was drinking and if they were sure it was their fault so they could get out of the claim when I gave them a report advising the policy were on scene and no reason to believe o had been drinking. Easily this person in the wrong can lie so they can repudiate the claim. 2 they towed my asset 5 days after my claim delaying me getting a courtesy car but I kept calm 3. The panel beaters received my car a week later cause it was in storage and doing absolutely nothing where it’s been since the 22/04 and still not finished. The days with the courtesy car expired it was extended by 6 days after a long back and forth with the relationship manger who said I was lucky they have other cars sitting there over a month that still need to be worked on and he wasn’t obligated to help me cause he is employed by budget. Note I didn’t pick where my asset was been taken too, I don’t have a contract with telesure or even Renew it greenstone so they don’t owe me answers. I first dealt with Andri who’s never said anything now Pinky who always says she’s going to call me back to another lady who doesn’t have a time frame. I’m without my car which had minor damage for over a month. They refuse to give me a courtesy car claiming that there’s no delay meanwhile my car is sitting in the panel beaters stages for 7 whole days now awaiting paint for 3 days. They refuse to attend me. Budget is telling me about 3rd parties and the third party doesn’t care. I’m still expected to pay access, I’m struggling with transportation but no one cares for the customer it’s about the money we need to pay monthly. Now I’m being sent from pillar to post for a service I pay for. I must spend time and money calling this party only for them to tell me it’s another party. Renew it greenstone is the worst , I’m appalled by the service given. A whole month to do body work and still no turn around time when they’ll be finished but they are working with the insurance
