WORST FURNITURE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

This is the worst place to buy your furniture. We bought a four door cupboard with them in and gave the last payment end of August, the next day they wanted to give us a cupboard with a cracked backboard, I sent this back and waited days for any call or sms to apologize for the inconvenience, but nothing. I ended up calling to to find out when I could expect what I paid for. Just to be told it will be delivered sometime the next day. We barely had it a month and the backboard started coming loose and the bottom of the drawers as well. A few days later two men, one of them being a DRIVER had to come and put in a new backboard and replace the bottom part of the drawers. It is now October... And the bottom of the drawers has come loose and the hinges the drawers hang on is falling off. I was also promised a ottoman for the inconvenience .. That of course never arrived. We have literally had this cupboard three months and paid in full beforehand and all iv had was ****. I regret buying there and I don't think this business should even excist, whoever is looking for reviews on this place.. Please please don't go buy there. Go to OK or Lewis and pay off your furniture. DO NOT GO AND BUY AT BUDGET FURNITURE!!! If I could give it less than one star I would.
