poor service-use of obscene/vulgar language

I requested a quote from budget furniture krish,a facebook based furniture manufacturer, for a tv cabinet to be made.After several promises someone eventually turned up and took measurements and promised to email the quote/sketch in 5 days. I paid R150 for this callout/quote. However after more enq the email was sent 9 days later.It included a photo of someones bedroom cupboards with space for a tv. I rep**** advising that this was not what was discussed for my lounge.No response,until I wrote again today, about a week later. I requested krish to sort out this matter suitably or refund my money with an apology or I will write to hello peter and other social networks. He called within 5 mins wanting to know Why I was disappointed per my email. I asked him to speak to his employee who discussed the plan with me at my home and that this was not what I required. He then began swearing at me profusely using very obscene/vulgar language. I need to advise others of this rude owner who could not deliver on his promise and resorts to gutter language.
