installation defective

Chris came out to my home to do a new installation. After installation of my electric fence a few days later the energizer started to switch off on its own. he later returned to remove the energizer as he claimed there was a fault with it and promised to return it in 3 days. after a uphill battle and countless phone calls he finally came out about a month later and installed the energiser. a few days later again the energiser is now showing poor fence condition. i phoned him again and he told me he is busy and will come in the week. its been 2 month now. he refuses to answer his sms messages and phone calls. All i wanted was just to get a working fence. that is what i payed him for. Disgusting service i will never recommend using him. his number is ***. beware of this guy
