Gutter Installations - A big farce!!

A telesales/rep called advertising a gutter replacement service in October.We were interested in the service and met to sign the contract in Nov.We paid a 50% cash deposit and he said he would start the work 1st week of Dec.David ***) never returned to the premises and made excuses every time we called.In march we called to cancel the contract and requested our money back.our att to call him, he denied all responsibility and refused to give further contact details..We further conducted CIPC searches & consumer traces and the company does not even exist.
