Budget catering a no-show on service

I hired Budget catering for a function. Please be warned what you see on their website is not at all what you get in reality. I paid R6700 in full prior to the function and yet the quality I got was very poor. Table cloths were 3 short, I had round tables but received rectangular cloths. The cutlery was off colour, quality of fruit was of a poor grade in the fruit arrangement. The owner was not even at the event to inspect the quality- she had no driver/ transport. I advised her of what i experienced and did not even receive acknowledgment of my message. But i guess they got my money and that's it.....they are now gone and forgotten.
