No refund from budget cars

Worst experience ever, i still regret trusting them. I saw a car on their website in 2017, i called them and they said its in pretoria so i must deposit R5000 to show commitment so dt they can fetch it, if i am not satisfied with it i will get my money back....after that i asked my brother to go and virw the vehicle since i was on operation, but they could nt deliver. The car waa not there... Than i asked for my refund but they told me i will not get it because there is no refund...i wish i never listened to that giy i spoke too..they are too selfish, they ******** us
