Basic excess fee and premium goes up after a month of policy review

I am not happy with my premium, I have been with budget for a year now no claim at all only called once for budget assist when i had a flat tyre,I called 1 month back for policy review my premium was reduced from R1036 with basic exess of 5500 to R969 increasing my excess to 5750.withn a month I received an email saying that my premiums are increasing as from the 1st of January to an amount of R1149 with an excess of R5950 as regular driver and if not regular driver from R9350 to-R11250 hello under which grounds does everything have to go up so high..sort your mess out ASAP or we proceeded with cancellation of my policy
