BAD AFTER SERVICE AND UNRELIABLE

I contacted Budget Carport to build new port owned by Fred Damons on the 9th October 2015 which they did the next day. He was prompt but unfortunately the workmanship is below average. The polycarb was cut poorly left ridget. To cover the polycarb facia board was put up to hide the his workmanship. The gutter was installed incorrectly, water was not flowing. Fred tried to repair but not to my satisfaction. The true test was when it rained, only problem Fred was already paid in full. There was two areas with leaks. on the 14th I complained, he said he would but finally came out the 9th November, more than 2 weeks later. To my amaze, it was still leaking and even more. Ive sent pics via watsapp showing him the leak and that how dangerous it can be. Ive send numerous messages and called him and he would promise he would come but to know avail. The 11 Dec. was the last and said he would definitely come the next day. I'm still waiting...<br> The beam under the polycarb is now starting to crack. What do I do... take it further? Approach my attorney and take it further which I feel I need to do.
