Great Budget Car Rental experience

Last week I needed to rent a car and after an on-line search decided to go with Budget as they had a depot in downtown George. The day before collection they phoned to let me known their downtown depot was closed and I would need to collect at George airport - which would be difficult for me. So they agreed to seet me in George to hand over the vehicle. The driver Benjamin was there bro-fore the agreed time and was very professional but friendly in taking me through conditions and inspecting the car with me. They had upgraded me to a VW Vivo which I really appreciated. Their additional mileage charge was also lower then other rental firms. He also agreed that it would be fine if I handed back the vehicle at the same place and they were there at the agreed time. They made the whole process a pleasant experience and I will recommend them for car rental.
