Incompetence personified

Nearly every dealing with Budget Branding has been frustrating and disappointing.

From delayed delivery, to pointing fingers at their courier company, then to delivering broken products. After sending the broken products back, they then inform me that the returned product has gone missing. They then delivery the wrong product with missing items. I have NEVER experienced such poor service.

To make matters worse the employee I dealt with did not seem to care and acted in complete apathy.
