NO Rest for a child of 13 after buying a "new" bed form Budget Beds

Initial dealings with the Company and Franck Grignard were good. We were buying a bed for my brothers daughter who needed a bed and didn't have one as she had grown out of her first bed. They do not have much due to being unemployed. The Bed purchased should support 100KG which SHOULD have been good for a few years. It was rated, as per Frank, for 100kg. She is 13 y/o. After less than 6 months the bed had springs poking out. Franck came to have a look and has since tried every excuse in the book to wangle out of honouring the warranty. Saying is the kid 50kg or 65kg? Regardless if she was anything between 0 and 100kg she is 13 and is within the limits of the bed. In lieu of this current service we would SERIOUSLY advise against buying from Budget Beds also at "budgetbeds .co.za" as you will get sub quality items
