Only in it for the money- we don't care about the customer

I was looking for reasonably-priced, good quality, personalised scatter cushions for my boyfriend's birthday. I also wanted to get something made for my parents to thank them for their help and support. Budget Banners looked professional and reasonable, so I decided to give them a try (despite having numerous suppliers who do printing for bigger businesses). The initial process of getting a quote and confirming the artwork was simple enough. The company was helpful until they received payment. After that, my emails were ignored, the contact person for delivery was never telephoned and I did dot receive a tracking number or any idea of when the goods would arrive. I was phoned, after requesting not to be due to the demands of my job. After nearly three weeks after paying, I still had not received the cushions or any communication from the company. I only got a response after requesting reimbur*****t. Even then, the company was rude and made excuses as to why the goods has not yet arrived. I even offered to send my own courier as my boyfriend's birthday was a few days away. I eventually called Budget Banners on the day which delivery was promised and was told that the courier would be called and I would be called back. I am still waiting... So, my boyfriend's birthday arrived and I am sitting without a gift which I especially ordered well in advance. The turn around/delivery time of 5 working days maximum has extended to over 13 working days, with no contact or apology from the company. If the company doesn't want to do small, personalised business, it should not be advertised. Having dealt with many bigger printing companies, I know it can be done. Budget Banners is certainly at the bottom of the list if you ever need anything dealt with professionally.
