******* into debt review 🤦🏿♂️

I Just got a call from ***, a lady called Ayathemba from Budget Analyst stating that she would like to help me as she can see that I am being overcharged on my monthly installments. I asked her which payments she was referring to and asked me hold while she confirmed this information. Suddenly I got an SMS stating that I have consented to request a credit report on 2025-05-14. She then proceed to tell me about all my active accounts and told me how much I was paying and that I was being overcharged on all of these accounts. I asked her where she got permission to process my personal information and she said from the NCR marketing database and she then proceeded to drop the phone in my ear.

I tried calling her back several times without any joy. I never requested any debt review/assistance from anyone. This will now definitely affect my credit report and I really hope that someone can help us stop these people. They have no contact information even on Google?
