Disgusting service

I booked my ticket a few months ago and now they have sent me a booking change which is unacceptable in so many respects and you cannot even speak to someone at budget airlines, what micky mouse people are you, from a 20hour flight to a 40hour flight, now i have to pay for accomodation for an overnight stay of which you Budget Airlines should cover, this is totally unacceptable, please would someone contact me by phone and not email, booking number BZA-***.
