Wouldnt recommend anyone to book through Budget Air

<p>Tried Cancelling my booking, even though I paid extra for Premium service to cancel my booking but have been charged more than 70% of my ticket value. If you call Customer service line you wait anything from half an hour to 2 hours on the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called back today spoke to Sam at Budget air was told my booking wasnt cancelled on system I would get an email confirming booking has been cancelled & refund due to me but have still not received this ? I'm disappointed in service I've received from budget air I wouldn't recommend that anyone book through them.</p>
