Unhappy Customer

I brought tickets August 2020 to spend Christmas in Port Elizabeth with family. Two members of my family got Covid close to Christmas, and I asked that my Flights be postpone to August 2021. The cost is R750 per person to change these flights, and I agreed to it. From then I haven't heard anything from Budgetair.com. Numerous e-mails of begging for feedback. I tried phoning the numbers with no luck. I'm a single parent, and am disgusted by Budgetair.com for taking the money. This is a big loss for me. I will never, ever recommend this agency to anyone.
