*******! Waiting for refund over 6 months

I have bought airline tickets with the luggage included at the more expensive price off course. When I received my tickets, it stated NO luggage. After various attempts, they said that I will have to pay for the luggage AGAIN at check in and then they will refund me. I have sent the receipts. And then they have only refunded me R640 of the total R2500? I complained and phoned as they said I should. No answer. Phone number doesn't work anymore? No refund! No replies. Will never buy from budgetair again! Very disappointing!
