Terrible Customer Service

For the past month I've been dealing with Budget Air to reschedule my flight and make the additional payment that is required. I email every day, to every second day about the payment link not working, I troubleshooted the browser I was using and suggested different solutions for Budget Air to help me make the payment. Since 17 February 2016, Budget Air has not been in contact with me :( It's like pulling teeth to get help from them. I'm very disappointed in this flight center's customer service.
