Truly speaking BUDGET AIR SUCKS!!! The worst service I have seen in my entire life. I booked the tickets for $CAD 1507 and they charged me $CAD 1548. When I tried to reach them their customer service gave me unrelated replies and told me that its the bank charges. I confirmed with my bank and they haven't charged me anything as they showed me in their system. Not only that it was just a matter of few dollar so I let it go and than again after 15 days of booking they refunded my $cad 1548 and charged me more $CAD 1575 without my consent which is complete for of cheating. I called their customer service and they told me its conversion charge. How the hell you guys are changing my ticket price after 15 days of confirmed booking. This is a complete customer cheating and I have approached the consumer protection forum as well for the help. This time I will not tolerate as it is just wasting my time since last 15 days calling their customer service and not responding to my issue.
