I have been waiting since 21 March 2020 for a refund on a flight that was cancelled. Everytime I email for an update, they say it will take 16 workings days for the refund to reflect. It's been 4 months. This company, I am sure, is going to take my money and I will never seen it again. PLEASE BEWARE
