Stay far Away

I wish I could rate them minus 5 stars. I booked a flight with them in Jan, but then had to cancel. I was told I am not eligible for a refund, but that a credit would be kept on their system for me to use in the future. I am now trying to claim this credit to use towards a new flight, but I keep getting told by different agents in their chat facility that "details for the fares are not available yet." I have until November to use my credit. Clearly this a delay tactic to get me to give up and forego my credit out of pure despair. They show absolutely no interest in helping their customers. This is a ******** enterprise. Stay far away.
