Stay away from BudgetAir

My experience with BudgetAir is terrible. The customer service received was terribly disappointing. I wanted to cancel a ticket 8 hours after the purchase for family emergency and the customer service representative hung up on me multiple times. Also, he rates are not advantageous and dealing with BudgetAir ended up costing me over 300$ more than with any other agency. They will never have business coming from me again. I strongly recommend against using this service/website.
