STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET AIR! They advertise sold out flights!

I've had such a disappointing experience with Budget Air in South Africa. I was trying to book flights to Johannesburg to Chicago for a week from now, so I found available flights on Budget Air. I put in all correct info and made the payment with my credit card, that went off immediately. I never received a confirmation, but it was 11 at night so I thought I'd wait till the morning. Morning came and still nothing. I called the airline who said there was no booking for me. I queried it with BudgetAir and got a response. Turns out they deducted the money for a sold out flight with Emirates and didn't bother to tell me. I called to find out when I will get the money back and they said at the end of the month. Problem: I need that money back today. I need to fly out next week.

Do not book with BudgetAir. This means I will miss my trip. It's too risky and they are extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate. They haven't even offered to make an alternate arrangement for me to fly out and allow me to pay the difference. This experience has been very inconvenient and unpleasant for me. I will never even consider them again.
