Singapore airlines

Shame on you Singapore airlines and Budgetair Still no end to this nightmare..... Been struggling with both Singapore airlines as well as Budgetair. I'm really sick and tired of their incompetence. Bookings were made in February 2020 for wife and daughter from SA to New Zealand for flight on 12 June 2020. And then came Covid. Naturally all flights were cancelled as no travelling was allowed under lockdown. As it stands New Zealand borders are still not open. Now Budgetair wants us to re-book!! For when???. And according to the airline they cannot assist in any way as the travel agent issued the ticket?? How ridiculous. This has been, by far our worst experience wrt travel arrangements ever!! Shame on you Singapore airlines and the useless Budgetair.
