Shocking Service

Shocking service. My return Flight from UK to SA was unexpectedly cancelled, I was notified by email from Budget Air. When contacting Budget Air to rebook and get assistance the consultant gave two incorrect phone numbers that were no longer valid. I am 71 my son was assisting me in the stressful situation. The Budget air consultant then proceeded to refuse to speak to him at all and put the phone down on my son 3 times the moment he heard my son's voice. My son was speaking in a cordial manner. I am no longer confident to book through Skyscanner who recommended Budget Air. I was assisted eventually with contacting Qatar directly who were excellent.
